Benchmarks are compiled from publicly available SaaS data sources including OpenView Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, KeyBanc Capital Markets, ProfitWell, and ChartMogul annual reports. Values represent aggregated medians and quartile ranges across hundreds of SaaS companies.
Industry and stage adjustments reflect observed variance in public benchmark studies. Use these as directional guidance. Your specific market, pricing model, and customer segment will influence where healthy metrics actually land.
Top Quartile (75th percentile) means 75% of companies score at or below this level. Bottom Quartile (25th percentile) means only 25% of companies score at or below this level. For metrics where lower is better (churn, payback period), the labels are inverted accordingly.
