How do I get stakeholder buy-in for research?+
Frame research as risk reduction, not a delay. "We can spend 2 weeks learning whether users want view-only or collaborative dashboards, or we can spend 8 weeks building the wrong thing." Share the research plan (this template) upfront so stakeholders can add questions and feel invested in the process. Invite them to observe 1-2 sessions live.
What if my research contradicts what stakeholders believe?+
