Netflix PM Interview Questions
Netflix PM interviews reflect the company's culture of freedom and responsibility. Interviewers look for independent thinkers who can make high-quality decisions with limited oversight, design meaningful A/B tests, and reason about content-product interactions at global scale. Netflix values PMs who are comfortable with ambiguity and can defend their product intuition with data.
