Interview Process
Recruiter screen (30 min) — background, motivation, and role alignment
Phone interview with hiring manager (45-60 min) — product design or strategy question plus behavioral
On-site: 4-5 rounds covering product design, strategy, technical depth, behavioral (growth mindset), and a cross-team collaboration round
As-appropriate (AA) interviewer — a senior PM who gives a hire/no-hire signal
