Frequently Asked Questions

When should we run this retrospective?+
Within 7-14 days of launch. Early enough that details are fresh, late enough that you have initial adoption data to review.
Who should attend?+
Everyone directly involved in the launch: PM, engineering lead, design lead, marketing, sales enablement, and customer success. Keep it to 6-10 people for productive discussion.
How is this different from a sprint retrospective?+
Sprint retros focus on team process within a development cycle. Post-launch retros evaluate the entire launch lifecycle, including go-to-market execution, cross-functional coordination, and business outcomes.
What if our metrics are not available yet?+
Fill in what you have. Use the follow-up review date to revisit metrics that need more time to mature. Do not delay the retro waiting for perfect data.
