Tuesday through Thursday at 10:00-11:00 AM in your primary audience's timezone consistently outperforms other slots. Avoid Mondays (inbox overload), Fridays (early checkout), and afternoon slots (energy dip). If you serve multiple timezones, 11:00 AM ET / 8:00 AM PT is the standard US compromise.
How many registrations should I target?+
Expect 40-50% of registrants to attend live. Work backward from your attendance goal. If you need 100 live attendees, target 200-250 registrations. For reference, an email list of 5,000 typically generates 150-300 registrations for a relevant topic (3-6% conversion).
Should I gate the recording?+
