Product Feedback Dashboard Template

Start with whatever your team already uses. A well-maintained Google Sheet beats an abandoned Metabase instance. Common choices: Airtable (flexible, good for non-technical teams), Notion (good for teams already using it), Metabase/Looker (best for SQL-comfortable teams with a data warehouse), or a dedicated tool like Productboard or Canny (best if feedback management is a core workflow). The tool matters less than the habit of reviewing it weekly.

Make it frictionless. If classifying a feedback item takes more than 2 minutes, people will skip it. Provide keyboard shortcuts, pre-filled dropdowns, and templates. Then make the output visible: share the weekly executive summary with the whole company. When sales sees their call notes influencing the roadmap, they start logging more.

If you receive fewer than 50 feedback items per month, you likely need more collection channels, not a better dashboard. Add an in-app feedback widget (increases volume 3-5x), start running NPS surveys (even quarterly), and ask CS to log notes from every customer call. Automate ingestion wherever possible. Manual data entry is where dashboards die. Connect your support tool via API, set up webhooks for NPS, and create a Slack shortcut for logging ad-hoc feedback.
