Product Owner

What is an Agile Product Owner?

The agile product owner is an individual who has the responsibility of representing the customer's needs in the product development process.

Some people are confused about the difference between a product manager and an agile product owner. When it comes to agile methodology, there is no difference in their roles because they both have to be involved in every stage of the product development process.

The main difference between these two roles is that a product manager may have more managerial responsibilities while an agile product owner may have more input into the actual design and development of a project.
