Product Manager Operations

Product Manager Operations involve the development and execution of strategies to ensure the successful launch and growth of a product. This includes defining the product’s vision, objectives, and features; forecasting market demand; developing pricing and promotional strategies; and managing the cross-functional teams responsible for the product’s design, development, and delivery.
