Idea Plan will help you gather rapid customer feedback and launch amazing products that your customers love. The Idea Plan Dashboard is a centralized place to capture all of the ideas from your feedback boards. You can easily navigate to the configured feedback board directly from within your dashboard. The feedback board can be configurable with different boards, for example, feature requests, bugs, or any others that you might want to define. You can take users directly to any of these boards using the Direct URL.

Users can submit an idea when ideas are submitted. They can either log in with their existing account or they can sign up. They can use Google or Facebook to create a quick account. It's very seamless. Users can search for ideas on these boards.

They can also navigate back to a high level road map. This road map can be configured inside of your Idea dashboard. All of these ideas would have come from customers, and so you're showing them directly where you're going, and they can come back at any time to see the status inside of Idea Plan. It's easy to navigate to the dashboard. Users can add a new idea.

They can associate the idea with one of the boards you can see comments from across all ideas that have been submitted is are from all of your Idea boards. Configuring a board is very straightforward, so you can add any number of boards and these boards correspond with what's visible on the front end for users. We've got a number of customizations for boards so you can edit a board. You can change the name. You can make it a private board so only you can see this or users that you give access to can see the private board and the idea is within it.

You can customize tags, categories, status so status can be edited. You can change the color of the status, change the name and the description, and you can reorganize these statuses are used across all of your Idea boards. You can also upload any existing feedback that you might have. If you're migrating from another provider, everything can be seamless and then users. This is the area where users can be seen.

All the users that are created on the front end are visible here along with the ideas that they also generated. You can filter by top posters to voters top commenters, and this would be filled with all of the users that created accounts. Then under the strategy strategy section, there's roadmap. So roadmap. This is the front end road map that's visible to customers.

This can be you can drag and drop all of these ideas to update the status. You can also view a full roadmap for internal teams, and you can customize the status on these as well. This is drag and drop. This is really to organize all of the ideas, not just at a high level when you're communicating to customers, but for internal teams to show when exactly these ideas will be delivered. And then we have a full settings area where you can manage your profile billing company.

There's a full set up. You can invite users. So for users that you want to add to the team, you can send an invite. They will then have access to everything within Idea plan.
